Karen Karsh:

I’m a singer, a songwriter and a pianist.
I grew up listening to the “message songs” of the 60’s.

For just that reason I believe that music is more then just rhythm and rhyme it needs to say something that we can keep in our hearts.

When I sing, I want to share my message with the world. I love to write music and perform for people who want music to take them somewhere, to feel like you’ve been through an experience, and that it was a good one.

My music is positive. It’s about taking responsibility for taking care of our world and each other and finding a better way to live. I write about big moments and moments that just feel big. I have this sense that music is a second language that, if you let it, it will bring you closer to the people you love and to the things that are best about us all.
