Accountability Circles with Sarma Ilgenfritz
The word Accountability invokes "doing" and "checklists". However, we are in the time of year that invites us to slow down, go inward. What if we looked at being accountable to ourselves . . . for our growth . . . our peace? Wouldn't that be enough?
If you'd like to join a group for sharing in accountability to your growth, reflection, and process, then this Accountability Circles round is for you!
JOIN FROM ANYWHERE.
We’ll meet on Zoom, Tuesday evenings, 7-8:00pm, starting on Tuesday, January 24th.
WHAT SWEET INTENTIONS WOULD YOU LIKE TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR?
We’ll share what we are reflecting on, processes, and wisdom! Then, with kindness and compassion, hold space for each other in accountability. Of course, if your intention is an active project, we'll support that too!
CHOOSE HOW YOU WOULD LIKE TO PARTICIPATE
Here at Althea, we believe all are welcome, and that lifting up and empowering our community, meeting people where they are, and making our gatherings, classes, and opportunities accessible to everyone, is part of our mission and calling.
The cost of the Accountability Circles is currently FREE!
About Sarma Ilgenfritz, Accountability Circle Facilitator
Why am I inviting you to join an Accountability Circle?
Because being accountable for what you say is most effective when you speak it into the listening ear of another - or a group of others. I've had 20+ years experience with groups where promises, declarations, and being held accountable were at the core of our work. If I tell you I will arrive at 10:13, you can know I'll be there at 10:13.
Being a mother and grandmother has taught me that everything works best when kindness, compassion, and fun are present. I'm good at seeing the best in people, and my joy is hearing others speak their truth and be enlivened by it.
I want to support YOU on your journey and show you that, yes, accountability can be fun! I hope you join me.
I'm rooting for you!
